SurveyLab is a free tool to create online surveys and collect responses. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Acceptable use

You may not use SurveyLab to collect sensitive personal data (health, political opinions, financial details), to run phishing or deceptive campaigns, to spam, or for any unlawful purpose. Surveys violating these rules may be removed without notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the surveys you create and the responses you collect. You are responsible for the content of your surveys and for complying with applicable laws when collecting data from respondents.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including data loss or service interruption.
