Use of service: ImageTools is provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may not use the service for illegal activities.

Your content: You retain all rights to the images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Limitation of liability: ImageTools is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.

Rate limits: To ensure fair use, we limit processing to 20 images per IP per day. Automated abuse will result in IP blocking.
